    I have decided to re-mortgage.
As it stands I have received the offer, agreed (signed papers) and given them back to my solicitor in time. Because the solicitors were too slow to get the paperwork prepared correctly I will end up paying £400.
Is there a way to claim this back ?? Will a complaint bring me any joy ??

    Thanks

    Noah

    Hi Noah

    Thank you for your enquiry.
In this instance I would advise to put your complaint in writing to the solicitors. They will have a complaints process in place. If you find that their response is not to your satisfaction you can refer this to the law ombudsman.

    Many Thanks
