Three London neighborhoods experienced a decrease in overall home prices in January of 2017. Kensington and Chelsea saw the largest decrease in home prices dropping of 3%. Hammersmith and Fulham, and the city of Westminster also saw minimal decreases in home prices for the first time in decades. While these decreases are shocking, there is still steady growth in other parts of the city including Havering, Gravesham, and Boxbourne who experienced 9%, 8% and 8% increases in home prices respectively.
