A recent and credible statistical analysis by Zoopla analysts revealed that North Tyneside, Bradford and the Newcastle-Under-Lyme region are the most affordable areas for single-income, younger individuals seeming to break into the property market for the first time. The main metric of the analysis revolves around the percentage of one’s income needed to pay a mortgage in different areas. Cambridge fares the worst of all regions surveyed.
