According to new information Santander Both companies have come to the conclusion that it is not big enough for them and will not allow enough growth in the industry. They have suffered millions and millions of dollars in losses in the last quarter and this has scared away many potential buyers from seeing it as something worth saving. No word yet on the future of Co-Operative Bank and any other buyers that are interested in saving it.
