House prices in Northern Island continue to rise, reaching an average of £123,000 according to the Office for National Statistics. Encouragingly, this rise comes despite Brexit; however its not all sunshine for Northern Irish homeowners, as the region continues to see the lowest house prices in the UK. England still has the highest average house price in the UK, and even the North East, England’s lowest average priced area, still has a higher average price than NI. Despite this, Northern Ireland’s house prices are rising at a faster rate than all other UK regions.
