The prices for houses in London have increased according to the property analyst group called Hometrack. Their UK’s Cities House Price Index for March 2018 showed prices in the cities were up by 5.5 percent overall. Most of the growth has been contributed by the country’s northern urban cities. Edinburgh was in the lead with 8.8 percent increase followed by Nottingham and Manchester. Even cities like Cardiff, Leeds, Newcastle, and Sheffield recorded price increases. Hometrack’s data also showed that the supply of homes for sale had also increased.
