Hong Kong officials do not expect to see any lasting decreases in property prices within the district. 2016 showed a reliable and steady increase from previous years, and there should be nothing to suggest that anything other than a rise could occur. Three different areas reported a stable rise within the CK HH LTD., which consisted of infrastructure, retail and it’s telecommunications departments. The analysis is of short term in nature, no analysis of long term affects on the prices is present.
