The Leeds Building Society has announced plans to offer new deals aimed specifically at remortgagors. They will offer 2 year and 5 year fixed rates with no product fees, free valuations and
fees assisted legal services. This move reflects the increase in 2016 for remortgages which is expected to continue throughout 2017.
