Offset Tracker Rate: your starting rate tracks the Bank of England Base Rate and is set above it for an agreed period. After the tracker period is over your mortgage will go back to the Intelligent Finance standard variable rate.
There are no early repayment charges
An arrangement fee is applicable
You can make overpayments when you want
Interest is calculated on a daily basis
The offset feature of this mortgage allows you to link your mortgage to your current and savings accounts. Your mortgage balance is offset against the interest on your savings and current accounts. The amount you can offset is unrestricted.
You can also apply for an offset fixed rate mortgage. The initial rate is fixed for 3 years and then goes back to the Intelligent Finance standard variable rate
All offset mortgages are portable
