The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) warn that prices may be dropping in London and the southern corridor over the next year. This is in opposition to the sky high growth that London has seen over the past few years. RISC worries that if the growth in prices doesn’t extend to traditionally lower priced areas, this downward trend will extend even further than just London and the south-east. This prediction comes on the heels of a lackluster 2017 season and isn’t boding well for the future.
