There’s good news for buyers of top-of-the-range London properties. Prices of four bedroom houses have fallen by nearly 9% in the last year. And London’s annual house price growth was below that of the average for the whole country for the first time in eight years. But average prices in London are still more than double those in the UK as a whole. And the market at the luxury end is still booming, with eight new Battersea apartments going on sale in February for £3.85 million each.
