Although housing prices seem to by up all over the U.K. there are some areas that have seen higher rate increases than others. Some ares of London that are posh and well known such as Kensington and Chelsea have million dollar price tags. Some suburbs of London are also seeing higher home rates due to commuters taking advantage of the still lower costs of living out of the city. Brexit has undoubtedly caused turmoil and mixed reviews as the U.K. Struggles to foresee the housing trends in a new area.
