Some areas in Britain have seen their average property prices jump due to the fact that they are viewed as “hipster hotspots”. These areas are popular with young, creative, upwardly mobile types. Examples of these areas include Dalston and Shoreditch in London, while outside of London Chorlton in Manchester, and Montpelier in Bristol have seen their average property prices jump as a result of this trend.
