Homeowners in Britain were hesitant to sell their properties due to the uncertainty of the upcoming General Election. These people wanted to make sure that they would get the most they possibly could before deciding to sell. As a result, prices on houses have been steadily increasing, with no decrease in sight. Realtors expect sales to increase dramatically once the General Election is over, but for now, will have to make due with what they have.
