According to estage agents ‘Savills’, Brexit will cause a halt of house price increases in 2017 and this will lead to a reduction in transactions. Additionally, Britain’s second biggest builder Persimmon said that Brexit has led them to buying less land for construction. Savills predicts that growth will not return to current levels until at least 2022.
