The price for the average home in the UK rose in April of this year. This has made it harder for people looking to purchase their first home. The area with the most growth is in the northern part of the UK, making it difficult for those that want to live outside of the capital, but near enough to the amenities. The growth has continued since the beginning of the year and shows no signs of slowing down.
